List of ingredients:
1 cup of butter without salt, at room temperature
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
2 big eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
2 cups of regular flour
1 small spoon of baking soda
1/4 of a small spoon of salt
2 cups of instant oats
1 cup of chocolate chips that are not too sweet.
1/2 cup of chopped peanuts (you can add them on top if you like).
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) before using. Put oil or butter on a baking pan that measures 9 by 13 inches.
In a big bowl, mix butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, then mix in the vanilla and peanut butter.
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Stir them into the peanut butter mixture until everything is well combined. Combine the oats and chocolate chips.
Spread the dough evenly in the pan that has been prepared. Add chopped peanuts if you like.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Let it cool down in the pan before cutting it into pieces.
