Chicken pieces flavored with lemon and garlic.

 

 

Ingredients: List of items needed to make a dish.

 

1 pound of chicken breasts without bones or skin. Dry them with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch pieces.

Half a teaspoon of dried oregano

Half a teaspoon of dried basil.

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped.

Half a teaspoon of coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

4 tablespoons of butter without salt, divided.

2 tablespoons of chopped garlic

Half of a medium lemon, squeezed (approximately 2 tablespoons).

 

Getting ready

 

Mix oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Evenly spread olive oil over all sides of the chicken pieces. Throw to cover evenly.

In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Tip the pan a little to cover the bottom.

After the butter has melted, place the chicken in the pan in a single layer to cook it evenly. (Do not put too many things in the pan.) Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until all sides are golden brown and the chicken is almost fully cooked.

Put the rest of the butter. After the butter has melted, put in the garlic and cook for another minute until it smells good, and the chicken is fully cooked at a temperature of 165°F.

Pour lemon juice on top of the chicken and mix well.
