List of items needed:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of white sugar
Three-fourths cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
2 small spoons of baking powder
1 and a half teaspoons of baking soda
1 small spoon of salt
1 unit of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 big eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
1 cup of warm water
Ingredients for decoration:
1 cup of butter without salt, at room temperature
3 and a half cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa powder without sugar
1/2 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
a little bit of salt
Getting ready.
Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Put grease and flour on two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a big bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until they are well combined.
Slowly pour hot water into the mixture and stir until well mixed.
Pour the batter evenly into the cake pans that have been prepared.
Cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool in the pans for 10 minutes.
Take the cake out of the pans and let it cool completely on wire racks.
To make frosting, mix soft butter with an electric mixer until it is creamy.
Slowly mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and butter until smooth and well combined.
Put the cake in the freezer after it has cooled down completely.
