List of ingredients:

1 pound of ground chicken

1 big egg

1/2 cup of grated cheese, like cheddar.

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Instructions:

Begin by heating your frying pan on medium heat and lightly covering it with non-stick spray or a little olive oil.

In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, egg, and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste at this point.

Mix the ingredients together thoroughly and form them into patties. Try to make around 4 large patties, but you can make them smaller or larger based on your liking.

Gently put the burger patties in the pan and cook them for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until they turn golden-brown and reach a safe internal temperature of 165°F to make sure they are fully cooked.

After cooking, move the patties to a paper towel to remove extra grease.

Serve the dish hot, enjoying both your cooking skills and eco-friendly choices.
