Marry Me Chicken
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth
-
¾ cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-
1 tsp chili flakes (optional but 🔥)

1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp thyme
-
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Season & Sear the Chicken:

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken until golden on both sides (about 4–5 mins per side). Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth and scrape up all the browned bits.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, oregano, and thyme. Let it simmer a few minutes to thicken.

Bring It All Together:

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Top with fresh basil or parsley.

Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or with crusty bread.
