Soup from Olive Garden called Zuppa Toscana.

 

List of ingredients:

1 pound of Italian sausage
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1 big yellow onion, chopped
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
6 cups of chicken broth
5 average-sized russet potatoes, cut into thin slices.
4 cups of chopped kale
1 cup of thick cream
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Instructions:

In a big pot, cook the sausage on medium heat until it turns brown. Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes and mix thoroughly. Take out the sausage from the pot and put it to the side, keeping any juices in the pot.
Put the onion in the pot and cook until it becomes soft, which should take around 5 minutes. Put the garlic in and cook for one more minute.
Add the chicken broth and put in the potatoes. Heat until boiling, then lower the heat and let it cook gently for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
Put the sausage back in the pot and then add the kale. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the kale is soft.
Add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Serve the dish hot with crunchy bread.
